Tourist 2.0

Barcelona beyond Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Parc Guell, Mila and Batllo houses.

Monasterio de Pedralbes

Hospital de Sant Pau i Santa Creu, by my favourite architect, Lluis Domenech i Montaner

Sarria neighbourhood, under Tibidabo - former hotel, former clinic, possibly a future office building

Teatre Grec garden with some nice neighbourhood people who just came to play and sing some rumba catalana and flamenco, a sunny Sunday afternoon

  1. Nice pictures of Rotonda and the Hospital. I've been there last December, and greatly enjoyed the neighbourhood.

altfel, estas bien? dromomania esta parasida, inlauntru? just checking :).

  3. @Traveling Hawk - Happy you know this less touristy neighborhood. Domenech i Montaner is my favourite architect of the Catalan Art Nouveau/Modernismo.

@Explorish - good eye, I love that series of pictures, we were in a park and I took quite a few. I don't know how to check that. I'm thinking about deserting the Romanian blog, who loves me follows me:)

  4. Barcelona has much more to offer than the Sagrada Famila, la Pedrera and the Ramblas, you are totally right! I'm happy you enjoyed others landscapes here, and I am sure you were able to feel the real Barcelona's vibes!!
